The Clemson Pikes take service to the community very seriously.
Every year the chapter puts on a Barbecue Cook Off for the
local Hospices Center, helps run the Clemson CROP Walk, a
community-based event
to raise money for local hunger-fighting agencies, participates in the
American Cancer Society's Relay for Life event including raising over
$1500
during the first year of participation, cleans up a section of Highway
123 near
Clemson, and works over 800 hours in
the St. Jude's Children's event, "Up Till Dawn."Our participation in many of these events has
earned us many great awards.
